Pair of thin Vacuform plastic masks, first is 1960s "NASA Astro Spook," which appears to be Frankenstein in a space helmet, combining two of the most popular crazes of the 1960s. Production sample w/holes for string. NM w/o any cracks. Second mask is Collegeville Mummy mask. ©1979 as noted by raised text by chin edge. Mask is missing original rubber string but remains free of splits and is o/w Mint as issued. This mask comes w/6.5x9.75" sheet of onionskin paper w/acetate backing and cardstock added inside for support. This cut-out mask design features all original mixed media art and features same design as used in production Mummy mask in this lot. Art has inked "4-79 Mummy" note and notes "Depth 2-3/4"." Additional strip of masking tape has dimensions of mask. .25" hole to upper forehead. Fine/VF overall. Unique. From the Collegeville Archives.
