Item Description
All are c. 1950s. Each thin art board has 4-5/8x21” India ink image area. Dates are August 12, 13, 14. Storyline has Cap needing 50¢ to get his hair cut, and winding up having girlfriend Ethel do it. Cap is in total of 12 panels, Tippie the terrier is in 11. Word balloon in panel two of second strip has trace of white-out, otherwise images areas are Exc. All are signed in ink by creator “Edwina” and complete w/George Matthew Adams copyright stickers. Well drawn examples w/both main characters.
