Item Description
Kit No. 486-98. ©1966 NPP, Inc. First US issue. Box has been opened but model remains unassembled w/most parts still on original sprues. Box is purple version w/art of Batmobile, Batman and Robin slightly different from later issues (see following item #2379). Right lid side panel has slight fade but box remains free of splits and is VF overall, Contents are complete, kit comes w/original instructions and unused decal sheet w/six batsymbols (in different format than later issues). Mint as packaged. First issue model kit is scarcer than second issue kit.
