Pair of 1.5x3.5" $5.65 tickets for Aug. 15, 1965 concert has full band photo of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. Tickets were for side-by-side seats - 20A9 and 20A10 in the Mezzanine. 55,600 fans attended this Beatles concert in New York City, NY, the largest Beatles concert up to that time and the highlight of their 1965 tour. Ed Sullivan produced a documentary on this concert, capturing Beatlemania at its zenith. Stubs have some handling wear w/lt. creases and each has pair of 1" to 1.25" strips of aged tape at top and bottom center. Fine. Tickets for The Beatles 1966 concert at Shea Stadium featured the identical design as these 1965 tickets.
