Item Description
Button is 1.75" with W&H back paper. Spring pin holds 3.25" ribbon which has a tiny 1/16" and 1/8" pair of holes and likely missing a little fringe off the bottom edge. Button displays the Allied flags with Native American pictured within shield design. A celluloid which slips over the ribbon reads "Peace Jubilee Philadelphia/Fraternal Victory Day Oct. 11th 1919." Celluloid parts are Mint.
