The USS Forrestal aircraft carrier is seen on back panel. Box has moderate wear to rim edges, more evident on back. Front and back panels shows scattered lt. wear. Top of band has two .25x.5" areas of wear by handle brackets. Box interior shows wear w/scattered oxidation along inner edges. VG/Fine overall. Comes w/6.5" tall metal thermos w/plastic cup and features different illustrations from box, showing the North American F-100 Super Sabre, Lockheed X F-90 and others. Thermos cup shows wear but thermos itself is bright and glossy. VF. Scarce.
