Item Description
©1984 Warner Brothers. Unproduced 4.5" prototype resin figure and original wax sculpt created for LJN. First is a fully realized resin figure with separate head, arms and legs. Arms held in sockets with wax while head and legs have resin pins that fit into holes at neck and pelvis. There is a tan spot of resin on her right boot, otherwise figure is Exc. as produced. There are also three resin heads that show degrees of development as well. One head with hair removed, one with hair added as a separate piece and a final head made from the previous head as one piece with color added to eyes, lips and hair. Next item is the original wax sculpted figure. Head is nice with a few chips at base of neck. Right arm has hand detached at wrist and left arm is seperated at elbow. left foot is off at ankle and right toe is chipped. Pelvis is resin with wax torso that is attached by metal pin. Overall figure is complete and restoration would be possible. Truly a one of a kind item and unbelievably rare to have survived. This is a pre-production piece from the earliest stage in figure development. Even with defects it displays VF. Also includes two original unique photo snapshots of actress Jane Badler in costume as "Diana" used as reference for the sculpt. An amazing grouping and the ultimate for the "V" collector.
