c.1960s. Original generic cardboard box w/”Helmet” printed on underside & original plastic bag holds Styrofoam helmet w/thin clear plastic visor. Reflective sticker on front top is held in place w/original cellophane tape as issued. Box is Fine. Tape has yellowed, otherwise helmet is Mint. Never worn or used.
