Item Description
Large 11x17.5" felt with pair of metal grommets on left margin for hanging. Silk screen design at upper left of Buck's portrait flanked by two different rocket ships and text "Space Ship Commander" (same image used on the club badge). 1936 Cream Of Wheat premium. Additional large text reads "Buck Rogers Solar Scouts." Small stitched tag on back reads "Advertiser's Mfg. Co./Advertising Caps And Aprons/Ripon, Wis., U.S.A." Slight aging to the white felt and slight color fade to the red felt. Faint vertical crease at center. Still retains a bright appearance and all text/image remains bold and distinct. VF. This is one of only two known examples and the better condition of the two. Among the rarest and most sought after of all Buck Rogers items.
