Item Description
Box contains 12" long mostly tin litho car. Made in Taiwan, c. 1970s. Car is designed with hard plastic canopy that includes simulated warning light unit plus back has exhaust port and tubes. Tin litho Batman and Robin figures have movable hard vinyl heads. Detailed interior includes red Batphone and other detailing including "Batman" illustrated logo on hood and name on each side door plus batsymbols on hubcaps. Toy works and travels around w/bump-and-go action as well as "Blinking Warning Light And Jet Engine Noise." Box has some light wear with .25" spot of surface paper lift, but is Exc. overall. Car has some minute paint nicks from factory and is o/w Exc. Scarce red color. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
