Front of folder includes detailed text on the premium book while inside features great illustrations including a pair of sample cut-outs. Back cover includes a "30-Day Cocomalt Test" which was to be sent in to obtain the book. Lower right corner tip has 1" diagonal tear professionally repaired. Bright and Fine.
