©1937 John F. Dille Co. Extremely rare smallest set of three that were available. All are shown in “The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia By Ted Hake.” Box is 8x12 1/8x1.25” deep with choice lid graphics of Buck and Wilma watching Dr. Huer perform experiment in laboratory. Die-cut illustrated insert has nice graphics of Buck, Wilma, Dr. Huer and kids in laboratory with rocket ship at upper left. Lid has trace of lt. aging/edge wear but tight with bright colors. Fine. Insert is lightly but evenly tanned. VF. Complete contents include set of four wood canisters w/paper labels with image of Buck on fronts. Chemicals include "Aluminum Sulfate, Tonic Acid, Sodium Carbonate and Ferric Ammonium". Also has two labeled glass tubes, one with "Sodium Silicate", the other with "Phenolphthalein". Has aluminum spoon and aluminum stirring rod in place along with loose glass test tube. Lower left has paper packet of "Sodium Thiosulphate" and lower right has packet of "Blue Litmus". Comes with 4x6” paper instruction folder with eight pages. Instruction sheet folder has lt. handling wear. Fine. Metal utensils show lt. aging, o/w contents are VF/Exc. Quite elaborate with wonderful graphics. Unused and a beautiful example.
