Medal is 1.5" across brass and reads "Democracy Liberty And Justice" w/Lady Liberty and star in the middle. Reverse reads "Presented By Citizens Of Rochester, New York To The Loyal Fighting Sons" and has inscribed the name "G. Bryant." Ribbon has a little bit of dirt.
