Item Description
Large 4" button issued in the 1960s for an event to honor Truman. Around his nose are pair of .25" lines with about a dozen near pinpoint very shallow indents and at the upper left edge of his head there is another area with about eighteen tiny pinpoint indents. Both groups of marks show just in reflected light and the entire button remains totally clean and glossy. Reverse does have a couple of tiny age dots on the celluloid widely scattered around the metal back but these are quite trivial. A rare button with sales near the $500 level.
