8.5x11" four page agreement designed to used "Between Superman, Inc" and "The Baker" has Superman Inc. logo at top of front page along with classic inset art with early image of Superman using his chest to break chains. License and territory paragraph grants baker "The Exclusive Right To Use Superman Bread Wrappers, Promotional And Advertising Material Including Superman Bread Truck Posters, Window Posters, Window Strips, Bread Badges, Display Easels, Bread Shelf Strips, And Any Other Campaign Material Adopted By Superman Inc In Connection With The Sale Of Superman Bread And For No Other Purpose." Two inside pages are divided into 14 sections with various stipulations including telling baker where to get Superman wrappers printed and noting a licensing royalty of ten cents for each 100 wrappers. Back cover lists 24 items available including Junior Defense League handbills, various posters, Junior Defense League membership cards and badges, Superman Adventures inserts (sets of 24), and more. Issued by George N. Graf Company. Upper left corner has 3.5" crease throughout along with 1" tear in blank area, otherwise Fine. A great source of reference material for this popular promotion.
