Item Description
14x18.25" illustration board has 8.75x14.75" image area in India ink and watercolor of General looking serious sitting in chair and giant nuclear cloud coming from his pipe. c. 1970s. Painting is unsigned but done by Joe Simon, likely for "Sick" magazine. Center left side of painting has 1x1" square lt. moisture mark and blank margin edges have glue streaks. Actual image area will mat and frame to near Fine appearance. Well done.
