Item Description
10x19" metal frame with double archival mat which has 5.5x15" opening revealing four panel comic strip for Oct. 1, 1981. Humorous storyline has a Mr. Slackmeyer answering a phone at his desk which the operator says is Wall Street calling. He asks "Wall Street? How Can An Entire Community Of Investors Be On The Line?" And the operator replies "They Generally Speak With One Voice". In the last panel he says "Wall Street! How Are You, Old Boy?" And they answer "Nervous. Jittery. Out Of Sorts." Art is signed in ink in last panel by artist/creator GB Trudeau. Exc. Funny and well drawn. Ready for display.
