15-3/8x17.75" high quality wood frame has double archival mat with 8.75x10.75" opening. Mixed medium full color original art has wonderful image of cowboy holding small telescope standing on rocky ridge of mountaintop with two pack horses in foreground. Art is signed in ink at lower left "W.R. Leigh 1944". Bright and Exc. Wonderful composition with excellent use of light and shadow. See previous item #2090 for a biography of W.R. Leigh.
