Large size 8" long beautifully painted and glazed with mark on underside for this Italian company. From the Snow White series and part of the forest animals line (see item #2441 w/forest animal art including a raccoon). Zaccagnini signed a contract with Disney in 1947 which lasted for about ten years. This piece is c. 1947. They made some of the finest Disney figurines ever produced. Single, minute glaze nick on top point of one ear. Otherwise totally bright and glossy. Exc. All pieces by this company are rare and this is the only example of this figurine we've offered in our 45 years.
