Item Description
8x10” for 1948 film “Mickey” starring Lois Butler who is pictured with Academy Award-winning actress Hattie McDaniel, seen dabbing vanilla behind her ears. McDaniel has signed in blue ink “Best Wishes From Hattie McDaniel” and dated “1950.” This was just two years prior to McDaniel’s death from breast cancer. Still has moderate handling along margins with staple hole at upper left corner. Fine overall but could be framed for a VF appearance. Comes with Hake’s COA and JSA LOA.
