Item Description
3.75" tall nicely detailed with image of Edison holding battery behind arm with facsimile signature on front of base. Reverse has logo for Edison Illuminating Company with image of glowing light bulb. Rear of base has text "Frontenac Thousand Island Sept. 6-9 1910". Copyright 1910 by the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies on one side of base and other side has sculptor's name E.E. Codman. Edison introduced experimental electric car and modern storage battery at this meeting. Has numerous touches of green age toning. VF. Wonderful likeness.
