Stiff sheet of metal 3x12.5" reading "Incorporated 1851/Western Assurance Company/Toronto, Canada." Tiny text of maker on bottom edge "The Kellogg & Bulkeley Co. Hartford Conn." Undated but from the 1890's or possibly earlier. Small ripple in the metal on upper right edge with some streaks of missing paint and similar about 3" long on lower left side edge with a little paint off here as well but overall about 90% remaining and in clean condition. About 98% of the paint remains on the plain gray reverse. Quite scarce and Fine.
