Item Description
c. 1972, likely for same program mentioned in previous lot #3128. Pair of 18.75x24" archival boards have windows revealing detailed penciled art which is initialed by artist "FM". First image is 6.5x14" showing Lamonte McLemore, Ron Townson, and Billy Davis Jr. smiling. Second image area is 7.25x12.5" overall showing Marilyn McCoo and Florence LaRue smiling. Surface paper of originals is a bit rippled below art, mat boards each have notes taped in place but re-matting and framing originals will give them near Exc. appearance. Extremely well done and great for display. From the Raydell Publishing and Distribution Corp. archives.
