Item Description
Nickel silver with enamel accents Art Deco style 1930s cigarette pack holder is -5/8" tall, holding vintage pack of "Lucky Strike" cigarettes. Has push button on side which releases dual hinged flip top to remove cigarettes. Trace of lt. scattered wear but overall Fine/VF. Working. 1950s mechanical trick pack of "Clesterfield" cigarettes is 7/8x2x2.75" tall overall. Has applied paper sleeve around inside metal framework. When top is released, "Chiseler" figure pops up with paper label art image on both sides of die-cut wood piece with image of angry man thumbing his nose. Pack is purposely misspelled "Clestertield" with company name misspelled as "Liccett & Miers". Text on back includes "For Chiselers And And Cigarette Moochers-This Package Is Guaranteed To Cure Them Of The Habit-Good For A Million Laughs". Made in Japan. Some lt. wear around edges with some lt. dust soil. Overall Fine. Working. Nicely designed.
