These 10" plates are identical front and back except for color. One rose/other royal blue. Below image reads "Franklin Delano Roosevelt/1882-1945." Back reads " The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Plate/Old English Staffordshire Ware/Made in Staffordshire, England by the Royal Staffordshire Pottery...Imported for/Franklin D. Roosevelt/Warm Spring Memorial Commission/Warm Springs, Georgia." Center of back has excerpt from FDR's September 4, 1942 speech referring to the Four Inalienable Rights: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom from Want and Freedom from Fear. Both N. Mint. No chips or cracks.
