Item Description
19.5x23.5" wood frame has 15.25x19-1/8" opening revealing wonderful monochrome oil painting on canvas showing startled fishermen at left dropping bamboo fishing pole as demon at right pulls on fishing line. Art is signed at lower left by noted illustrator Floyd Davis. c. 1950s. Top of painting and lower left have a few narrow color rubs from wood stretchers on reverse on canvas, otherwise painting is VF. Extremely well done.
