23x26” wood frame contains intricately triple-matted art by Captain Marvel artist creator C.C. Beck featuring Captain Marvel in Shazam’s cave running past “The Seven Deadly Enemies Of Man – Pride, Envy, Greed, Hatred, Selfishness, Laziness, Injustice,” demon statue. Shazam the Wizard is seen in bkg. of cave with cloud and lightning bolt. Text block at bottom left-hand corner reads “Congratulations, Bob On Your Twelfth Edition C.C. Beck Jerry Defuccio And The Captain.” Beck has signed the art at lower right “C.C. Beck 1981.” Wonderful image done in caseine and India ink. Art was done as a special insert for the 12th edition of Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide in 1982-83. Mint. Classic Captain Marvel scene.
