Item Description
c. 1920s. 9x13.5” made by Hustler Toy Corp. Sterling, Illinois. Top surface has choice graphics of players on field with batter at plate. Right side has spring-loaded push button lever which allows drum to roll around in die-cut window at top designating what play has happened in game. Numerous notations include strike, infield hit safe at first, slide to third out, muffed foul by catcher, home run 3 scores. Bottom portion has 8 small pegs at left and 9 larger pegs at right for each team. Underside has instructions to players and explanation of plays on the drum. Light scattered surface wear and some aging with a few scattered shallow dents here and there. Missing one small peg. Overall Fine. Great design with bright color.
