Item Description
Lot of 11 comics, each 7.5x10.25" printed by Philadelphia Record. Issues were printed on June 15, Sept. 28, 1941; April 12, 1942; Feb. 6, May 28, Oct. 22, Dec. 17 and 31, 1941; Jan. 21, 1945; Jan. 27, March 3, 1946. Issues were printed on Sundays and all were by comic legend Will Eisner. All issues deal w/masked crimefighter known as The Spirit. First issue in lot has first appearance of Twilight. This issue has some small spots of moisture stains, none of which affect image. May 28, 1944 issue has a .25x.5" chip to spine but pages are complete. Issues have lt. handling wear, usual and expected aging to newsprint and are Fine.
