Item Description
Graphic and rare local issue for department store chain in the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC area. Purple background has faded slightly but cello remains clean and glossy. About the fifth we've seen. As issued, there is no backpaper. The same department store issued a scarce Wizard of Oz promotional button. Perfect examples are in $300 range.
