Large 21x27.5x7" deep box contains set #4368. c. 1961. As far as we can tell, the set is 100% complete. Box has obvious aging including a 5x6" area of moisture staining along top edge of lid, a few small punctures. VG. Set includes character figures of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Ludwig. There are 18 human figures including spaceman, Indian, cowboys, patrons, etc. There are 12 animals including lion, gorilla, elephant, etc. Hard plastic rides include Dumbo, Satellite, Merry-Go-Round. Nice assortment of building fronts for Main Street, Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Other items include Babes in Toyland parade and floats, Jungle Boat, streetcar, stagecoach, bobsled, locomotive and tender, etc. There are 2 large Vacuform plastic sections, one for Frontierland/Adventureland and the other Matterhorn/Autopia. Matterhorn section has 2.5" edge crack. Has large two-piece vinyl play mat w/overall size of 2.5x5'. Also includes instruction sheet. Original bags also present but w/typical scattered wear and aging. Overall set shows very little wear, Vacuform pieces are VF, all else is Exc. to Near Mint. Rare and one of the most elaborate and well designed of all Marx playsets.
