Item Description
13x13.5x2.5” deep box contains 13.25” long vacuform plane with 12.5” cardboard wingspan. Remco Industries Inc. ©1966 Mirisch-Rich Television Productions. Plane is attached to 12” “Motor Operated Control” handset. Also included is original instruction sheet. Box label features image of plane and some small inset images of TV show. Top of label features cartoon image of Rat Patrol and jeep. Box has original tape residue, color rubs to label and moderate aging to non-labeled sides. Back of box has moisture staining from having label attached. Fine. Plane itself has 1/8” crack along top seam and .75” crack just before tailfin on left side, 1” circular crack below left tailfin. Fine. Remains attached to original insert. Rare due to fragile nature of plane components. Working. Fine+.
