Item Description
8x25x4.5" tall box holds 8.5" long hard plastic wind-up rabbit with built-in key and 20.5" long all metal with wooden stock double barrel firing shotgun. 1950s. Colorful box has detailed instructions on back panel. Lid has few water stains and inner flap has three 2" tears to the lower edge. Light overall aging. Still displays Fine. Object of this toy was to wind up the rabbit and place it on floor, rabbit then moved around in quick motions and then you were to then fire at it with rubber-tipped darts from the double barrel shotgun. Four darts were to be supplied with this set. All that remains is one shaft with a bit of rubber on it. Rabbit works well, gun will fire with double trigger firing mechanism. Rabbit is Exc. Gun has aging to wooden stock which is marked "Western Rifle Cragstan Japan" and has picture of frontiersman firing a rifle. Light wear to gun barrels. Fine. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
