Item Description
Lot of 5 very nice quality dolls each about 13.5" tall to top tip of hat. From c. 1938 set. Each has stuffed oilcloth body, painted starched linen faces and lifelike beards (except for Dopey). All but Dopey also complete with stitched "Krueger" fabric tag. Other dolls are Happy, Grumpy, Sneezy and Doc. Varying degrees of wear to names on hats, all but "Sneezy" still distinct. Due to the material used on these dolls, they were very susceptible to wear and aging over the years. All have some professional restoration to splits at arm joints and on some other body seams. Doc's separate oilcloth glasses torn but still attached. All show scattered trace of aging but all still have bright and clean appearances overall for display. All display Fine as is. These dolls are scarce due to their fragile nature.
