Item Description
First is .75" beautifully colored button depicting a dove flying against blue sky and carrying a ribbon in its beak inscribed "World Peace." No backpaper likely as issued and from the World War I era. Second is button from Philadelphia reading "1st World War Photos In The Bulletin." No backpaper likely as issued. Has about a half dozen tiny 1/16" craze lines but essentially invisible unless viewed with magnification. Displays bright and clean. A rare newspaper button.
