Item Description
4.5" long cardboard cover with only the slightest trace of fold lines has written on the blank underside in ink "Wayne, W. Va." On the text side where the cover would fold at the top is the slogan "The Peoples Friend." Coattails named are "Watts For Court" and "Neely For Senate." Tiniest line of browning around the end text "Close Cover Before Striking." Displays Exc. and first we've seen. Rare.
