Claire Ruth, Babe's second wife and widow was very loyal to his memory. The Yankees took very good care of her, inviting her to all important Yankee events. This particular lithograph was produced after Ruth's death (©1966) and Mrs. Ruth would sign and send these to various fans of the Babe. Bishop Sheen was a very famous Catholic personality and writer.
