1.25" unusual black/green coloring depicts exploding battleship at top with image of patrol boat below. Tiny text upper left and lower right of center panel reads "A Universal Chapter-Play/Twelve Thrill Loaded Chapters." Movie was from 1941 and starred Billy Halop and Huntz Hall. Only the third we've seen. Exc. and displays Mint.
