14x18.75" frame contains double-matted bw print showing Grant in Union general uniform during the Civil War. 1x4" opening with letterhead reading "From The President Of The United States." Includes "U.S. Grant" signature. Frame has some minor chips at edges though signature remains Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
