7x9.5". 1895. 84 pages. First 10, last 10 pages are filled with advertisements of numerous products of the day including "Colt's" rifles and revolvers. The center 64 pages give a lengthly text of Buffalo Bill Cody's life and numerous adventures. Much emphasis is placed on his "World's Wonderous Voyages From Prairie To Palace Camping On Two Continents/Distance Traveled, 163,000 Miles." Many captured photos detail his tour through Europe including a boat ride with native American Indians in Venice, Italy and a stop at Vatican City. The back cover has a colorful illustrated map of his voyage with captioned vignettes. Of the many famous people pictured are Sitting Bull and Annie Oakley. Two pages of the program list the 19 events/attractions seen in his Wild West performance. Moderate aging/wear to covers. 1.5" spine split. 2" tear on back cover. Cover Good. Contents extensive/interesting. VG.
