3.5" dia. with sepia-toned, re-touched photo of nude woman. c. early 1900s. Curl has "Phila. Badge Co. Phila. PA Pat. Pending." Underside is covered with black bristles. Faint surface scratches which are only visible in reflected light. Beautiful and Exc./N. Mint.
