Item Description
6" tall hand-painted prototype of the action figure issued in 1997 by Skybolt Toys and based on the Lightning Comics character. Has a totally different head sculpt from the production figure which was issued in a number of different variants. This prototype does not have a cape but does come with separate accessories of nether-dimensional whip and telekinetic dagger. Front of each boot accented by 4 spikes, top spike missing from right boot. O/w Exc. Unique. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
