10.5" tall clear plastic helmet with "Space Patrol Commander" decal showing planets and rockets above front face opening. Light aging and handling wear. Decal has small sliver that has folded over onto rest of decal with a very minor chip and some pinpoint flakes. Exc. Comes with 13x25" inflatable vest which doubled as oxygen tanks. Vest was worn around head and draped over shoulders. Has thin plastic string attached at top. Some light aging and vest has a slow leak but still displays Exc. Set came in 12x12x11.75" deep box and this is store version which has illustration of person wearing helmet - a premium version came with text only box. Box has some light wear and partially removed label on top with postmark stamp. VF. Rare.
