3.5" dia. base by 12" height overall. 10" to top of hat. Nicely detailed face and hair, wearing star badge, short skirt, detailed boots and holding rope. Minor surface hairlines at neck and ankles but not actual cracks. Works. Glossy and clean. 1950s. From the Hake collection.
