15x24x5” deep box contains tin buildings and hard plastic accessories w/soft plastic figures. Box is tight, bright and clean. All lid sealing staples have been removed. Just a few lt. scuffs on white parts of top and bottom of lid. Exc. Contents all appear unused and complete including unbent Alamo, four metal fence sections, flag w/base. Bagged parts include two cannons w/shells still on sprues, five bags of figures, one torn; one bag of horses and two bags of accessories. Instruction sheet has numerous holes/tears, apparently from metal parts originally moving over it but still readable. Good. Aside from the aforementioned instruction sheet problems, this is an unused set, probably old store stock that was just opened to check parts at one point. All items appear NM to Mint.
