Issued for events on March 5, 1946 at the midwestern college where Churchill delivered his "Sinews Of Peace" address that included the iconic line "From Stettin In The Baltic To Trieste In The Adriatic An Iron Curtain Has Descended Across The Continent", referencing the Soviet domination of Eastern Europe. Tiny shallow bump just above the "H" in "Harry" that is truly trivial and mentioned only for extreme accuracy. Otherwise glossy w/only minor surface wear in reflected light. NM. A choice example. Historic and scarce.
