Item Description
3.5" dia. Hull commanded the the USS Constitution among other ships and was a Commodore in the U.S. Navy during the Barbary Wars and the War of 1812. Hull famously defeated the HMS Guerriere in a naval battle of the coast of Nova Scotia in August of 1812, marking an early victory for the Americans in the war. Scatted tiny indentations seen in reflected light and moderate surface wear, most notably along the extreme outer edges on the rim. Fine.
