1.25" reads "Surrender Of Cornwallis Yorktowne, Va." Undated but likely issued in 1931 for 150th anniversary of Oct. 19, 1781 historic battle. No back paper if it had one. Very lt. scuff area at upper left shows barely at all in reflected light. VF, displays Mint. Rare.
