 17 x 23.5". Produced by Bromley & Co., a NY-based Democratic publication. Text above and below image reads "Political Caricature No. 2. Miscegenation Or The Millennium Of Abolitionism." Racist imagery lamenting the potential effects of "Miscegenation" (mixing of races). Imagery includes Lincoln bowing to an African American woman (left), Horace Greeley sitting at a table w/a woman of color (center), African American men on dates w/white women (right), and a group of African American individuals being transported on a horse-drawn carriage by a group of white men. Scattered tears and cracking on paper along the edges, as well a faint moisture mark in lower left corner. Even aging w/moderate wear and handling. VG.
