4x9" cover w/typed deed inside. Signed by the famous abolitionist, Frederick Douglass at the bottom of the cover envelope w/steel-tipped fountain pen. Dated March 25, 1886. Moderate surface wear and handling, w/edge wear particularly notable along the top edge. Fine. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA. An incredible addition to any Civil Rights collection.
